This first image was our first project for ART 212, which was to make art in an unconventional way using light. My idea was to create an image that can only be seen with UV light.
For this project, we were required to create an icon or simple image with out too much detail, to turn into stickers using adobe illustrate
This was the final printed out product of the previous sticker project
This drawing was made in class where it was free sketching time. I wanted to create a creature that couldn't be really distinguished, but also a little unsettling, so I based a somewhat similar drawing method that can be seen on self portraits of artists with memory disabilities.
For this picture and the 2 below of towels, these are the initial images used to create a glitched/distorted effect
This was an in-class sketching project where we discussed different genres of art.. I chose to do horror and created this sketch in the attempt to give the viewer a disturbing and uneasy feeing.
the image above and the 2 below are the products of the distorted project
This project we had to create a video that had no spoken words in it. My idea was simple with my mouth being duct tapped, but much like my two horror sketches, I wanted to have it have that eerie feeling. I tinted the whole video a little green, had background noise and tilted the camera angle very slightly.
